But why is penn ruing around NYC with an unknown blond then or is that blake?

And about the beard...he looks littel like not penn with that.

If there was acully pic proff of the thing in Vegas i belive it more.

I wouldn't buy anything into that random comment. People do that stuff to get a reaction, to gain attention etc. It's Vegas of all places, I'm sure people would have reported it by now. If they keep denying it then why would they be out in public hand in hand. Just doesn't add up.

But that theory is somewhat possible

ETA: Sara I'd go with some PB quote. Hee. Someone has got to remind me to type of that Blake quote from her E! Vine interview. I keep meaning but forgetting to do so.

your theory is good.
If they want it to be a secret ( if they are dating) I wouldn't hold hand in a story in vegas...that is a big no no.
But it the same week they were seen makeing out in LA (that is true) lots of if now.

I just love that interview. B/c she sound kinda sad he haven't said aything. Whish was funny. I see if i can find something good in it.
