I've never watched Homeland but I have heard Mandy is great on it. And I know he's been nominated and won some awards for it. So good for him. I do find it strange that he bashed Criminal Minds but is fine on Homeland, but it is what it is.

Few years ago he said he was in a bad way mentally, while doing CM … Some of the Homeland stories are very violent and make any CM Stiry tame

Yeah, I remember reading that interview I believe where he talked about being in a bad place mentally. Actually, I think there was a video of it on YouTube. I do remember reading something too where he explained being in a bad place and I thought the interview was good. I think he did say he behaved terribly then, so at least he admits the way he went about it was wrong.

He's been nominated a few times. I think he's also been nominated for a Golden Globe for the show

ION TV is running season 1 … ep 5 Gideon is dealing with a kidnapper of a politicians daughter … the one where the kidnapper wants to talk to the other daughter , Jason keeps hanging up .

Oh my gosh, that's right, he did keep hanging up! That was kind of funny. I thought that was a good episode.

I liked when the unsub was profiling the team and all their reactions were pretty good/accurate.

Sesson 1 was his stongest since it was new he was in the lead role .
He had gone onto be in many Broadway plays over the years , as well as his lead male role on Homeland . Yes Claire daines is star of the show , but Saul goodmen is such a huge part of that series ..

As we have posted in the past Homeland violence ,since it is Showtime , is far more horrific and crossing so many bounderies ,makes CM seem like a PG show.

He Mandy had in the past after he was gone from CM said some not so nice things aboiut the theme

Yeah, I think many people felt his comments about CM were weird since he's on Homeland. But after making those comments, he has said he behaved terribly in the past. Maybe he was able to get used to that kind of genre and is in a better place mentally with Homeland?

Ha, it was funny though because during season 9 I believe Joe and Jeanne roasted Mandy. Joe said something like "He should have read the script more carefully" :lol:

With homeland season seven new trailer just released you see Mandy in jail and next to the president . Saul Goodman is one of his best roles . Yesterday I saw his last episode ever season 3 . After Hotch was suspended regarding the college campus murders . They let the unsub go , he and female fanatic dead .. Strauss blamed Hotch , Gideon in a voice over says the blame should have been on him ..

I remember people thinking Gideon was going to kill himself in season 3.

Don't watch Homeland but I know it's gotten some Emmy wins over the years. Possibly Golden Globes too? I know Mandy has been nominated a few times.

There is HBO documentary coming out next week about a legendary professional wrestler Andre the giant . Mandy was in the movie Princess bride . Some of the actors from the movie are in the documentary. Hope he he made the cut . Documentary really is based on this larger than life 7 foot man .

Plus i see him weekly on Homeland.
