Definitely an iconic scene
So, that pic with Joe and Adam: when I saw it I wondered if that was related to the pic Joe shared earlier this year with Joe and Adam with Gordon Ramsey. At first I thought maybe it had to do with the CM episode Hell's Kitchen, but after finding the pic again, it was from filming the Hell's Kitchen (the show) episode that was on last Friday. Quote:

Hotch was a leader, one with huge responsabilities. Everyday he had to take the right decisions in order to maintain people alive, wether it was the members of his team or the potential victims of serial killers. So yes, he took that very seriously and it had a huge impact on his humor. Not to mention that he had had his share of pain, mental and physical. But emotionless, the guy was not. As a leader, he just knew how to keep his emotions in control and he did a very good job at that. But we saw him express his emotions plenty of times with Jack, with Haley and with each and every member of the team. We saw him smile (and oh does he have a gorgeous smile !), we saw him in despair, we saw him cry. How does that make him emotionless ? |

I've seen some people say they felt Hotch was emotionless and wooden. But I don't agree. He may not have always easily shown his emotions but he did have them. He was just very stoic and put on a brave face a lot of the time. But you could tell he cared about his family and team. But I liked that Hotch wasn't necessarily an open book.
