I read that book a couple of years ago. It's good but not my favourite. I think Paulo Coelho has written better books.

Uh, I ended up getting two books for Christmas: Anybody Out There by Marian Keyes and Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I just started reading Twilight and will get around to reading Anybody Out There once I've finished.

I bought myself this book with my Barnes and Nobel gift card. I also bought a CD.

I feel a little silly but they were having a buy two get one free Dr. Seuss sale so I bought "The Butter Battle", "Did I ever tell you how Lucky you are?" and "Yurtle the Turtle and other stories." Hee!

I read two of the Dr. Seuss ones so far. Also I got a blank book for journaling.

I've been working on my wish list for my family's Christmas and so far I've put three Harry Potter books: Quidditch Through the Ages, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (those two mainly to finish out my HP collection ), and Harry, a History by Melissa Anelli. I'm really hoping I get Harry, a History - I've read part of it and it's really good!

Right now I don't have any books I'm asking for. There might be a couple, but I need to look and see if there's anything specific that I want. I thought about getting the Harry Potter cookbook. It looks pretty fun, and might be entertaining, but I'm not totally sure yet.

I thought about that too but I read that it doesn't have the butterbeer recipe, which is the one I really want But a lot of the recipes do sound good

Here is the Amazon.com link to the cookbook. It looks pretty interesting. I bet you can find some butterbeer recipes online to fill in the blanks.

Thanks for the link...it does sound pretty good. I like Harry Potter and baking, so this works out.

I all ready picked them out, but I'll be getting Hunger Games and Malice (by Chris Wooding) for X-mas

If I can get my hands on the US hardcover of Leviathan, then I'll definitely snatch that up as well

I've found a couple books that I want for Christmas, but they're all cookbooks I'm a big cook, and am getting into a couple cuisines that I haven't had a lot of experience with, so I'm getting an Indian cookbook and then I'm getting Julia Child's The Art of French Cooking. My parents and friends are going to be guinea pigs for my new recipes
