The hashtag #secretproject makes me think it's something new. Her upcoming new book isn't a secret anymore, it even has a title. Crossing my fingers for a Christian novella.

Could be an anthology with three separate stories or one story the three of them are writing together. I guessed by this picture and how she labeled it: "Last day of work. We have a book! (Or a big part of one.) #writingretreat @brodiaston @jodimeadows"

Gotta say I'd be more excited about a Christian novella or anything Unearthly related. I can't really let go of this story until we get a proper closure.

Me neither. It's good for travelling, that you don't have to carry around a big laptop but writing anything of length on it, just no.

I was thinking of asking her about it in an e-mail. Nothing too bothersome, just a gentle reminder that we still care.

My mom has one of those small notebooks (I think that's what they're called?) and I used to borrow it for school but I really can't type on it. Although, if one gets used to it, maybe it's not that bad.
