I've actually never eaten watermelon on the 4th, LOL. I usually go to my cousin's hometown and they have this small street fair and fireworks. It's what I've done pretty much every year my whole life, so I'm pretty bummed that I can't do it this year. I haven't called my cousin to tell him yet.
