Yes, there is a theory that something bad went down because she tweeted 'what goes around comes back around' & then later a picture of her and friends rocking out to 'Don't hold your breath'. And she did have a lot of girl's nights recently. Maybe to take her mind off of things?

On the bright side, she looked fine in recent candids. I hope that Christmas shopping and all will help her process this quickly.

But if they had to end it, it's better now. She might feel a little lonely at Christmas, but better lonely than unhappy in a relationship she only maintained to not be lonely at Christmas. Does that make sense?

ETA: Perez Hilton sent Ashley 'a big hug' on Twitter and she replied by saying 'Thank you'. So, if that hug was for what we think it was for... it kinda confirms it?
