I liked the small Michael/Jim interaction we got last night.

Since Michael had complained about Jim's advice when going after Holly, I was surprised he kept consulting with him last night. I guess he was more interested in Pam's ideas though since they were more positive.

I think he considers Jim and Pam to have a perfect relationship, so he would want to consult Jim.

Michael has had such a range this year in my opinion that I don't know if most Michael/Jim moments would seem as genuine as they once did. Not saying it's impossible, it just feels like he's been kind of all over the place and hard to connect with.
