6.22 Secretary's Day

W: Mindy Kailing D: Steve Carrell

Summary: Andy pulls out all the stops to give Erin a memorable Secretary's Day. Michael reluctantly takes Erin out to lunch and accidentally lets slip about Andy's relationship with Angela. Meanwhile, Oscar circulates a viral video he created that compares Kevin's voice to Sesame Street's Cookie Monster.

Okay, there was too much Erin and I wasn't wild about the Meredith breast pump thing but I liked the episode.

John/Jim doing impressions! Golden!

The cute little kiss Pam gave Jim after her little speech gone wrong to Erin. Aw.

And Jim and Pam working the system to go home early. Very cute.

One thing I don't get is why didn't Angela cheating on Andy not get brought up? Seriously?

I liked the Erin stuff. I think it's funny that Michael thinks she's weird. I feel bad that she and Andy are having such a rough time. Her line about not being able to keep up when it turned from Taco Bell Express to regular Taco Bell cracked me up.

Loved the impressions. Everyone was funny with those.

Dwight's beet gift was so thoughtful..

The Pam/Erin moment was too funny. And the kiss was cute.

I think the cheating will come up soon. I feel like that's one way Andy can win her trust back is by explaining what really happened.

I hope so; I just need that to be addressed and I really disliked what Angela said to Erin, even if it was her way of letting Erin know she had nothing to worry about.

But i loved the parallel to Money:

Jim/Dwight in Money; Pam/Erin tonight.

The kiss; how they both picked up speed as they got closer to the other and the recipients smile afterwards.

Also, what Pam said kinda reminded me of her speech in Beach Games about how there were plenty of reasons to end things with Roy but none of that mattered until she met Jim. Or maybe not. LOL

I only got to see half this episode because some amazing person in my building pulled the fire alarm.

I look forward to seeing the Andy/Erin stuff and the kiss that people are talking about.

It was probably one of the few happy Angela moments.

I wasn't a huge fan of the actual Cookie Monster video idea. But I love listening to the audio of the Kevin stuff they used. It's so ridiculous. Fantastically ridiculous.
