I remember hearing he was engaged a while ago.

Topher has been working steadily since T7S ended. He's one of those low-key actors who you don't hear much about their personal lives nor do they do big blockbusters but they stay working.

Eric's Diary Entry: #3

Rackets and nets and birdies, oh, my!

Now that it’s summertime and it doesn’t get as dark as fast, my mom decided to buy a badminton set so she and my dad could play after dinner. She said that Red needed to get more exercise. She also thought it would be a great way to relieve stress. (I don’t know if other people notice, but he’s always yelling and stuff.) So Red of course hated the idea. "Kitty, badminton is for people like ... Eric; you know, people who don’t know how to throw a ball." (Always knows the right thing to say to help a boy’s self-esteem.)

Then one night when Bob and Joanne came over, Joanne was yapping her feminist yap, and Red decided to challenge her to a badminton match. And wouldn’t you know it, Joanne won. And wouldn’t you know it, I was the one he chose to practice with so he could have a rematch and kick her sorry ass. Little did he know ('cause he’d kill me!) that I was the badminton champ of the ninth grade. That’s right, I showed the seniors who could smack a birdie. However, after being Red’s son for about a decade-plus, I’ve learned to lose when he’s mad -- and lose when he’s happy.

Red and Joanne had a rematch. And she beat Red ... again. And I got yelled at ... again. This made my mom very mad. "I did not buy this for you so you could compete with the neighbors, Red. This is supposed to rid you of your anger, not make it worse!" So Red turned to me and said, "You know what this means, don’t you?" And there we were: practicing before we left for work -- and then when we got home from work. I thought about showing him that I was better but then realized that now was not the time. There probably won’t ever be a time. Oh, the things we do to keep a foot out of our ass.
