Did the show ever mention, even in passing, Fez and Laurie getting a divorce or annulment? Did I just block out a season 6 episode (highly likely) or did the fact that they were married skip town with Tina or hide under the house with Shotzie?

Didn't they have a episode dedicated to their divorce. The one where they had got a wedding gift or something like that.

The last we heard about it was when they were going to get a divorce but instead a microwave came as a wedding gift..and then some kind of powere tool thing? Maybe a saw? And they decided it would be wrong to keep the gifts if they got a divorce, so Red said something about if a riding lawnmower? Perhaps..didn't come in a month or something, they'd get a divorce or what not, but from what I know, they never mentioned it again, except in Season 6 when Fez and Kelso were fighting about that one cop girl Sally and it was revealed that Fez was in fact married so I would go with no.

Midge came back at the end of Season 6 for Donna, after the cancelled wedding. She stayed for a few episodes in Season 7, they had a little like show down thing between her and Pam or something, where Bob had to choose. They tried to work it out, but it was decided later it would be best if Midge left, so she did and went back to California I believe.

Um..well I could give you my reason but I think, it's too expensive, they paid the actors a lot of money to come back, there contracts ended in the 6th season and they originally extended them for a year I think, and then they agreed to come back or something like that and it doesn't get good ratings, so basically it's time.
