No chocolate?  Talk about adding insult to injury.  I hope that experiment is over. And it definitely sounds like you needs a rest (physically, emotionally, and mentally). You have to "regroup," as it were. Is there anything you can do each day that's a least somewhat relaxing/enjoyable?__________________
