I just hate what this "obsession" makes to serena´s character, can´t believe I´m saying this but she should look at what dan is doing with Blair and just let that "failed relationship" go, I happen to think she eventually will.

I´m excited that she and Nate are gonna work together against GG , I´m all for NS friendship scenes

The lack of NS really astounds me at this point. They seem to be in the perfect place to try this out again. Both have matured so much, and seem to seek the same thing in life. They want to be taken seriously, and now they are. They've become so much more then the Golden children of the UES always so prized for their beauty. I can only assume that the writers are determined to play out some ridiculous BDS triangle, and they need Serena on the hook for that. It's a shame though because it's totally stunting her. At this point there is absolutely no reason she should give one damn about Dan. DS has been ripped apart since the first season finale, but Blair has to be the final nail. Dan is more obsessed with, in love with Blair than he ever seems to have been with Serena. Nothing Blair does seems to phase him while EVERYTHING Serena does makes Dan upset and he blames her for everything. I just wish they'd let her move on, and fully realize how crappy he is.

Totally agree. Story wise NS make so much sense and they are in the perfect place to try it again. Nate with Charley is just not working for me. I totally don't think Dan deserves Serena; so judgemental of her, and his obsession with Blair is really strange and weird. No wonder S is so taken aback. Suddenly he makes Blair the star of her book, ignoring all of her faults while blasting S to high-hill when his part was equal in their failed relationship? Please.

Yea, its about time Nate and Serena team up again. They are great together. Especially with everyone else in their own drama. Nate and Serena got to get a story of their own again.

Hoping their team up to bring gossip girl down will bring Nate and Serena close again. At least Nate and Serena are are on their own journey to redefine themselves and jump out of the characters Dan had written about them in his book. I'd like Serena and Nate to first and foremost strengthen their friendship before jumping into another relationship. They need a build up but definitely a story of their own.
