Yep the filming is in chicago.

I think they only film one episode and wait for the pilot to get picked up by the network. If it does, I beleive they would start filming the rest around July when spn also starts filming for the fall season.

I looked at the con schedule and there is nothing related to J/J on Friday. There is a dessert party on Saturday night. Otherwise everything is on Sunday. There's the twitter hash tag for la #lacon and supernatural.net is streaming live (aka SammWinchester on Twitter)

I didn't even know Chicago had a filming studio lol. It would be cool if the rest of the show was filmed in LA. This could be a good thing for Chicago J/D fans since Jensen may have to fly there instead of LA to see her

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping - that the pilot will be shot in Chicago and the rest in LA. Dani and Jensen's house is there, it would be a shame for them to have to move shortly after getting married.

Well the pilot for Supernatural was filmed in LA and then they moved to Van. so I guess it is possible for the filming location to change if it gets picked up.

I think Danni will still be at this weeks con but I'm not too sure about the Italy one - hopefully she will

Most scifi shows film in Vancouver so they probably weren't suprised to move to Vancouver.

ER however (i did research yay) was filmed in both LA and Chicago. Exterior shots and some locations were used. I think most of the time they actually used their main inside sets in Burbank. So if FWB works the same, she'll probably spend the majority of the time in LA.

I'm so happy her dreams are coming true. First the marriage and then the comedy show. All she needs now are a few kids and shark week lol!

Well i think it depends. Most shows in LA use a huge built in set that is always there that can be used for multiple shows. Most comedy shows recycle sets.

Also this is NBC and they have money. It's probably the biggest network on TV.

Who knows lol. I think the network has a lot to do with filming and what they want and can spend.
