I remember that Val was drinking with Dylan in S5 (right?), I am almost sure she was also getting high, but was she taking other drugs with him? I don't remember, but I think it was somehow implied. Maybe just not heroine.

Yes she was - I'm pretty sure. They were so intoxicated with each other and relationship was toxic as hell but what a relationship it was....loved every minute of it

I don't think so. I think pot and alcohol was as far as she went, but we heard her complaining to Brandon that Dylan was "on drugs now" … "the hard stuff".
