Dylan: Let her go. The theater beckons.

Dylan: Kel, what is it with you lately? I mean yesterday, you were bagging on Brenda and Steve, today you can't even be civil.
Kelly: Well I came to the beach to be with you, not be dumped with Suzanne and Erica.
Dylan: Well if that's how you feel about my little sister, you shouldn't have come at all.

Kelly: No, that's not what this is about.
Dylan: Then what is it about Kel, huh? Is it about the play? The twit director? The way you come alive in the glow of the spotlight? Come on, you're behaving like an actress. And you know what, I'm not really that interested.

You're Welcome. Had to play with the wording a little bit because it didn't fit exactly the other way. But it still means the same thing: Kelly was insecure but Dylan didn't care. He was going to do what he wanted anyway.

I crack up everytime I read that supposed "soulmates" connection...(considering that Kelly never had such "revelation" in the first place

)...especially when I compare their interactions through the years. For example, in episode Fire and Ice: Dylan sees Kelly making a face and he asks Brenda: "what's her problem now??" with an

face...
Then, in S4...he repeates the same sentences several times too: "Kel, what's exactly your problem??" Especially in that infamous scene where Kelly is a supreme *itch to Brenda: "He's not your boyfriend anymore!!" (gaaah, I swear, I woulda slapped her twice right there

)...Dylan is cringing the whole time....It's the common denominator in their relationship: misunderstanding and frustration with each other. And don't get me started on S9 and 10 please...

Love the title. I tried but lost count of the number of differences of opinion they had. Not misunderstandings, but non-understanding to me. They didn't even care to try to get to know the other person.

These two were the dawn of a new era. The kindergarten era. With blue and red crayons: I'm sure they put those two, cutie heads together and came up with a real, nice, pretty picture of what it was like to live in the Wild Wild West.
