Ok so yeah her not returning I would count, I dont think I would count the park walk though because they had already broken up IDk though.Probably just my personal opinion though. I mean he wasnt breaking up with her he was breaking the news to her about his sleezy affair

Well, I've only ever counted three myself, the main ones where they actually show a break up. And like you said, the triangle was complicated.

Yeah I guess you can count the ones that say "I need to break up with you" or "I think we should stop seeing each other" Or "I think we should see other people."

True. But he also tells her "his choice". That's the only reason I count it.

Yeah. I see it as marking an end to one chapter in their relationship. On the bright side, no more secrets. One thing I love about late S3 and S4 B/D is they knew where they stood with each other. Brenda could go to Dylan to talk and ask advice. They had come a long way.

I love they could somehow look into each other's eyes and be happy for who they were at that point...and of course, realize they will be forever "the closest".
