I don't believe Ashley/Aiden not only in a couply way, but also their friendship. Maybe I need to watch the rist season again, but when have they EVER indicated that Ashley and Aiden were so close to be best friends? That's ridiculous, even Spencer was shocked. They just forced the tirangle and forced the drama and it was overkill. Another thing is while I enjoyed Kyla, I don't think the actress was too good. She def. overacts. And where did Ashley's friendship with Kyla come from? They've become so close that Ashley tells Kyla's mother that "she's the lucky one"? I would of loved to see more character and relationship developments. And Spencer and Ashley need to start acting like lovers not best friends like others have said. I've kissed best friends on the cheek and held hands and given presents, the girls have so much chemistry that's just ging to waste. And Spencer/Gabby needs to stop the tight shoulder hugs.

They haven't. You see, last season Ashley pretty much admitted in using Aiden to get to Spencer.

You know the whole Aiden/Ashley insta BFF-ness came out of nowhere, Sandy. It was totally and completely out of nowhere. They hardly ever interacted in the first season, and the difference between the two seasons is a night, so I have NO idea where any of it came from.

I love Kyla and I think Eileen is a perfectly fine actress, but I also agree with the sudden Ashley/Kyla love affair in the last two episodes. I mean,tattoos? What?! Come on. I wouldn't mind a strong relationship between those two at all, but I wish it had been developed much better. I mean, just in 2.11, she was annoyed at Kyla eating the breakfast Spence had brought over for them.

And the Spashley stuff goes without saying. And I don't see the problem with the hugs (other then the fact that there are too many of those as opposed to something else). Ashley hugs under, so she has to go over. Isn't that the way a hug goes? I don't know, maybe I'm doing it wrong. Quick, Sandy, hug me!

I know! And then later in that episode she was making plans to talk about MTV and two eppies later she was the lucky one. I would love to see Ashley and Kyla bonding but I don't feel it was done right way too rushed and inconsistant. I also think this season they take up so much time showing us other parts of the show, and in a couple of episodes it greatly overpowered the Spashley screentime. I can't speak for anyone else, but usually I only watch the Spashley parts in an episode or Kyla/Madison/Aiden. I don't care for too much else.

Oh you so know what I mean, Brit. Spencer does these shoulder hugs.

S2 was full of bigger annoyances for me to focus on Spashley hugs.

I think they're too straight most of the times and boring. Though it does work for some scenes
