I hateeee The Best Years. That show is so lame, and the main character really annoyed the crap out of me with her self-righteousness.

Whistler was also Canadian, but it only lasted 1 season on the-n.

Yes they have and it`s further proof of their cluelessness. They don`t seem to know what they want in a new show. In fact they might as well change the name of the channel to the Degrassi network, because it`s about the only thing i see on there.
