All so familiar but I guess that when the networks don't let clips from their show stay on YT, it just isn't in my brain like it is with the other ones I've watched dozens of times.

 I don't understand how some stuff gets left on there and others it get taken down straight away. I mean, I understand copyright and such but I don't know the whole thing just confuses me __________________

It's so ridiculous, like, if you look at the hit count on Ellen and Jimmy Kimmel, who put the clips up themselves on YT, some of them are insanely popular. If all the major talk shows put up videos, like, after the show has aired - then they'd be serving their own purposes.

Exactly, the hits that they get are huge plus they are opening their shows up to whole new audiences who may not have access to the shows, plus it would stop a lot of downloads happening because you would be able to view it on youtube.
