 eta: Lots of pics This is view from my room, you can just see Carly and my niece lying on the sunbeds at the far side of the pool  Carly and my niece stole the camera and this is just one of the results  This was a cloudy day  The night I escaped and left Carly with my parents  My baby's birthday celebrations   Some scenery    The kids, playing around in the final hour of the holiday  __________________

Well those are just beautiful. What a lovely family and gorgeous surroundings. I'm so glad you guys had fun. How awesome you got to spend 2 weeks there. I bet it was hard to pack up and leave but at the same time, you couldn't wait to get home again. I know it always feels that way.

Those pics of the scenery look absolutely wonderful! And you all look so adorable together!  I have to say that little girl that looks scared of the Candles is so cute in that moment that I had a little ! Sort of reminded me of that pic w the cat that jump out of the b/d cake! Now that you mention the birthday cake pic, I looked again and it seems like when the cake arrives, we have switched out the kids for a new set???
I know you didn't do that but they do look like different kids __________________

All this talk about the pics and no one has mentioned about the huge flames on the cake. We typically just have small candles with tiny flames
in the states. Are the large flames typical?__________________

Those aren't candles on the cake, they are like small fireworks
 I have only ever seen them on cakes while we have been in Turkey Once they went out, they lit the normal small candles for Carly to blow out. Re the kids; there were different kids around the first pic is Kyle (my best friend Karen's son), Carly and my niece Jodie. The second pic is Carly in between the flames and two little girls we know from going to the same place for vacation for the last few years.__________________

They are pretty crazy those things, I thought maybe it was just the camera lighting making sparklers look nuts but they're huge!
