he certainly doesn't seem to have a problem staying lean. A long time ago a trainer said it was really hard for people like Zac to bulk up because they had long lean muscles and no fat over them, so he had to work extra hard. And he did!

I think Zac is one of those guys who just doesn't do things in halves. They say "bulk up" he says, "how much?" and starts blending chicken. They say "tone" and he starts running.

I feel that's because he's so perceptive & ambitious & has a drive for things to be as good as they can be in attention to detail. IDK, if he, like the rest of us, always sees how amazing he is as he is - especially in an industry with such a focus on physicality under the premise of embodying certain stereotypical identities - both privately & work related. I mean, even Seth Rogen put a huge focus on his body.. To me, he goes far beyond that.

This is so true. At this point maybe he is running out of things to challenge himself with so he probably enjoys this sort of thing to get ready for a role...... He has gained weight, lost weight, bulked up, grown a beard, shaved his head....I'm almost scared for what is next

I don't think anything could be more dramatic than shaving his head, and although it was a shock, he pulled it off just great...he rocked that beautiful head, even shaved to the skin
