He was so cute, and Jennifer (was that her name?) was so sweet with him. Telling off that bully - Good for her! He did this and Summerland at the same time?

I'm not entirely sure of the timing of this and Summerland but going by haircut/style I would say most probably

they were both in 2004 - so i kinda figured...this maybe a bit before Summerland - think he hit a growth spurt btwn S1 and S2

I think it was just before Summerland This came out in 2004 but it possibly filmed 2003?
