As for the promotion update... it seems that the Melbourne premiere has been moved to Monday, 16 March 2009 and takes place at the Village Cinemas Jam Factory.

You can enter a competition to win premiere tickets at the premiere theater's website. Considering that this is where the premiere takes place, I would say this is fairly reliable.

I'm loving the promotion details we've heard thus far. Zac's doing promotion on Comedy Central, I'm actually hoping that leads to him making an appearance on The Colbert Report or The Daily Show

Looks like they're covering all the bases in terms of demographic, they've pulled in his usual demographic by screening the trailer before HSM3 && Bedtime Stories, then pulling in the 18-40 female demographic with screening before Shopaholic && I'm Just Not That Into You && finally the male demo with doing promotion on Comedy Central && the possible SNL gig.

Can't wait for the press junkets, I want some cast interviews TBH more than solo Zac interviews, though I'm sure the whole leg of international promo will be just him && domestic promo will be him && some of the key cast members.

I just want some Matthew/Zac interaction since they're not in the film together

for another Holds && ani!Kat adventure, I love reading the accounts afterwards
