Some of her features are very sharp, and the shape of her face...she looks more feminine with her hair down, softer.

It's a good outward persona, especially when it comes to Jordan. As an executive Jordan should look like a task master and in control so that she looks stern would be a good thing. But when the hair comes down that the softer side of Jordan that people like Danny see.
