Well, they're flat moccasins.

that's sasha pivovarova.
she's a russian model. she's done a bunch of ads & runways already... her biggest one was being the face of prada eyewear.  __________________

I don't see a resemblance between Mischa and that one model.
 Her hair is pretty on that cover.Sasha is really pretty. I especially love how her eyes are done up in that^ shot.  |

What does she look like now?
