Yeah, good point.
The ability to stay awake longer so I wouldn't start nodding off in front of my laptop. __________________

There was an X-Files episode about these Vietnam vets who were experimented on who didn't have to sleep at all anymore. They got really messed up.

Well, because they no longer needed to sleep, their conscious mind began projecting REM images rather than them having actual dreams. The one guy Mulder and Scully were searching for was going around killing people who had wronged his unit by using illusion to kill them.

In that case, I'd go back in time even further, to 2001 and warn about 9/11.

I wish I had time to write that. Working and modding four boards devours so much of my time. But I do think I could write something.

I'd love that! I could get so much accomplished! I'd also have to not age during the time I paused.

the cost of that power needs to be Aging...but you won't age that much...and you don't need to use the power every day...or 4 x a day

That would suck. If you age while everyone else is frozen, you'll use up your time.

all time travelers including people who can pause time use their time wisely [sometimes not the Legend] and you don't age a whole lot while time traveling or pausing time either.... trust me.... Sara and Mick are not senior citizens....lol
