I think it was more along the lines of she wasn't able to catch him, and thus..partly responsible for him killing others.

I know, I love how he turns the gun into gold!
 Idk we were speculating last night. I think he meant because she works for the company and the company helped him to be such a great villain by leading him to people and showing him his potential. Like what he said to Mohinder that it was his fault so many people were dead because he led Sylar right to them.  Mohinder was crazy in the premiere!My co worker said that their theory is that he is turning into a fly  EDIT: Yea Catherine that makes more sense than mine does  __________________

i read somewhere one of the reviews they did on heroes.. they even though mohinder was turning into a fly hehe

actually i think its the same hair.. i think it just partially looked like spikes in that one angle..
because i know for the other scenes related to that he had the same hair its on spoilertv Laurie __________________
