4x14 "Close to You" can be a skip since it's not really any Claire in that one.
4x15 "Pass/Fail" is a big Sylar/Claire episode with no Peter... so I guess the next episode that should be watched will be.... I know that both Peter and Claire appears in 4x16: The Art of Deception. Edit: Also Alex don't beat yourself up... I was in the middle of something so this all worked out for me.........  __________________
