I'm talking about Casper the Friendly Ghost. See, Duff's first big movie was Casper Meets Wendy with Duff playing Wendy the Good Little Witch.

After they met each other, they find out they have a lot in common. Both have no friends because he's a ghost, and she's a witch. Both have relatives who neglect them. His three ghost Uncles, and her three witch Aunts.

In the movie ghosts and witches are suppose to hate each other, so his Uncles, and her Aunts wouldn't want them together so it's kinda like Romeo/Juliet in a way. So to keep his Uncles, and her Aunts from separating them they come up with a plan to have his Uncles, and her Aunts to fall in love which they do.

Anyway, because that was her first big movie, and her first main love interest was Casper is why I made the Casper Father joke.

Also fun fact Wendy was like Casper's main love interest since the classic animated show, and classic comics.

She's doesn't look 30, and would you believe if I told you she was like my first celebrity crush ever since I first saw Casper Meets Wendy when I was like three/four.

Well, the Rangers scored a goal with 2 minutes left in the game, so now it's 3-2 Flyers. If the Flyers can just hang on they can win.

Didn't you know that Devon Sawa played the human Casper in the movie, dragonfire? I didn't see the Wendy movies.

I didn't know that Wendy and Casper were involved in the comics.

Yep. They're still not making the playoffs, but at least they showed up for a game for once. Carter Hart is still out with a lower body injury, so I guess they can start planning for the offseason. It's still hard to believe they were in the playoffs last year and this year they just fell apart. I just hope they can be competitive next season.

Oh, and we need a new thread. Is there a new title ready, Dave?

Yes, I did know that. Well, Fox and Saban only made one movie with Wendy, and so far it's still the last live-action Casper movie that was made.

It's not really a popular movie, but I guess I'm a fan of it because it was one of my top favorite movies to watch when I was a kid.

Like you know those movies where you know it's dumb, and everyone else maybe hates it but you don't care because it was a fun part of your childhood?

Wait, if Fox made it then wouldn't that mean Mickey does own the rights to the movie?

Also when Disney bought Saban stuff, and even though Saban bought Power Rangers back from them I don't think the Casper Meets Wendy movie rights was bought back as well though I could be wrong.

Then, add that Disney bought Fox, and it could be Mickey does own the rights to the movie so maybe Mickey can have Casper be the Father.

Yeah, they were like little Forrest, and little Jenny in a way.
