You're welcome.

It really does look like it's going to be an amazing episode.

Just the music in that promo is giving me chills.

So the channel I normally watch FNL on and get to see it early (since I'm on Pacific time) is delayed due to a basketball game. I'll have to wait til it airs here live to see it. I'll be looking forward to see everyone else's thoughts though.

Okay so I miss the very beginning of the episode and the very first scene I see is Matt and Carolta in bed together...... Needless to say I threw up in my mouth a little. *Sighs* At least the episode can only go up from here.

Oh my word! That was...perfection to the max. It was just...super sweet to the chill.

Santiago is crazy, GUYS, CRAZY. "...I hate you." AND he was goingggggg maaaaaad. "No, thank you." MARRY ME, PLS.
And he turned that game around! Yay!

Okay, I don't mind Matt/Carlotta. I actually don't mind Carlotta at all, to be completely honest. Of course this is going to be a disaster, but whatever, I'm cool with it.

"Off the top of my head I'd have to say Williams." OH, RIGGINS. You are just so rad. And pretty. And you're kinda homeless but thats still completely awesome.

I loved Landry in this episode. Jessie is incredible. And Tyra at the end? Precious!

Lyla is amazing and I love that her and Street are friendly with each other and she seemed genuinely happy for him.

Julie, thankyou for smiling at the end.

Landry's dad: I'm glad the previews were a bit misleading because I assumed he was trying to stop Landry from confessing but that wasn't the case. Landry obviously told his dad what he was going to do and his dad went with him which was great. I understand Landry wanting it all off his chest and the guilt, etc., but I also understand his dad thinking about his defense and future. Powerful scene. I love the fact that he went to Tyra's and told her and gave her the attorney advice.

Landry: I'm so glad he came clean. It's never too late to do the right thing and I was glad to see him take that step no matter what the consequence........and also knowing that Tyra didn't want him to.

Landry/Tyra: Loved their scene on the stoop. And at the end when he told her they weren't pressing charges.

Jason: Finally back on my screen. And yay for Herc too. And aww even a J/L scene. I think it's great to see him back on the dating scene.
But yeah, his first internet date was strange. But, it's cute how things worked out with the waitress.
And I think it's good he's getting his independence and moving in with Herc.

Tim: Love that Coach roped him into helping out with the girls sports. He looked so enthused. What is up with his roommate? What a weirdo/psycho. Tim needs to get far away from him. I'm so glad he did at the end! Loved that he went to Coach's and that Coach was there for him.

Santiago: I felt bad for him. He has been given this great chance and that's wonderful but it's also putting a ton of pressure on him. I completely understood his little flip out. And while Buddy was pretty harsh he was right. Cool of Buddy to fight to get Santiago on the field. Loved seeing him get a chance. And loved even more seeing him get his fight/drive. Benny was amazing tonight. What a talent! I loved the Santiago/Buddy talk after the game.

Matt/Smash: Oh Smash...........your advice is so so bad most of the time.

Julie/Tami: Aimee and Connie killed the fight scene. I can see where they're both coming from.
I loved their scene before the baptism. Made me teary.

Matt/Carlotta: They were kind of cute tonight actually.

Loved the baptism.

MVP's tonight for Jesse and Benny. Though Connie and Aimee and Landry's dad and even Adrianne were fabulous too.

the ep was great as usual... it seemed more of a filler/conclusion to the first arc of storylines but nonetheless awesome

jesse continues to blow me away... he is just so natural and in tune with landry and his emotions... i floved the tyra/landry scenes minus when she called him an idiot... the porch one was soo sweet, but reminded me of mj and whenever that happens i become resentful but the final scene when she hugs him... idk, he still looks so guilt ridden... now that its over im happy but a part of me is well since you dug the freakin hole you can't just abandon his guilt and the struggle it will take to get over the enormity of the whole situation... whatever, im over it

tim.is.love! taylor.is.love! i just wanted to give him a big ol' hug the whole ep... seriously, but im kind of tired of the woe is me crap... people do what they need to do so it would be nice to see him become a fighter versus just laying there and not doing anything about it... i think tonight he took a step in the right direction... that fat guy was way WAY nuts! zomg! EWW! x infinity

i floved that eric saw that something was wrong right off the bat... but just like before when he reached out to help him Tim rejected him... finally, he went to him for help... and i like the fact that there were no words exchanged... its like, we've said it all so lets just do something about it versus saying what we will do... oh and also him so competitive at the gymnastic thingy... too cute!

jason.is.flove! scott.is.flove! HEE! soooo great to see him back... i adore him and clearly he is the winner but no, umm the screech porn! only herc and then that girl and her fetish EWW! plus she threw a drink on the waitress... loser i'm glad he is finally moving on with someone... about time! but i'll admit i liked the lyla and jason scene and plus her helping him move in with herc was awesome... i can't explain it but i like them as friends... i think after everything they have been through its great that they can still be in each others lives... i say this with caution only because there are times i like them and there are times i dont, but anywho

lyla though... i feel like they are sticking her where ever a person is needed... its like BLAH... i mean, they really need to give her, her own storyline so i can stop being so iffy about her... we'll see

benny/santiago did great tonight as usual... like i've said before i think buddy is 50 percent genuine 50 percent selfish but i wanted them to expand on that relationship so... it was nice to see it... he had so much pressure on him and it was only a matter of time before he spoke up... i def hate where the next arc is going with him... seriously, i dont know what the hell is going on with fnl... def sophomore slump with the sl's but the actors/writing seem to make me adore this show even more every ep

the look on smash's face when he saw carlotta was for matt was hilarious... omg! he always gets this goofy grin and is all zomg like a fangirl... its soo cute! but yea, nothing much to say but EW! im still one hundred percent in support of and missing mj... they are one of my very few otp's and i feel like their magic is missing this season... they were one of my favorite things in season one and im missing them lots

plus tami and julie fighting again wasnt my idea of fun... maybe now that they have put the fighting behind them they can move on... but i enjoyed the eric/julie scene very much... im kind of bummed it wasnt in a car at night but what can you do... im sure kyle enjoyed it since he has been wanting a scene with her since the start of season two

im so sad that there are no more new eps until next year, boo

Are you serious? I didn't know that. That totally bites.

Gosh. I love this show.

On a side note: what was Landry's look all about when he told Tyra they weren't pressing charges? I'm hoping that was the truth.

This show is my favorite part of a Friday night.

Landry/Tyra/murder SL- So glad it looks like this storyline is over. Landry was awesome in all of his scenes again, I'm happy that he did the right thing. His scene at the end with Tyra was so adorable. She looked insanely happy/relieved.

Matt/Smash/Carlotta- That scene was hilarious. Smash trying to hit on Carlotta, but she was there for Matt. Smash's look afterwards was priceless. I love Matt/Smash, the BFFs.

Tim- His little storyline was so good in this episode. I loved that Coach got him involved with the girls' sports. Him getting all pumped up at the gymnastics meet was so cute and funny. Thank god he's getting away from that creepy roommate of his. The Coach/Tim scene with Tim in the driveway was nice.

Jason/Herc- Yay for Jason moving out! I'm glad he's finally getting some independence. His date was scary, and I like the waitress.

Julie/Tami- I didn't want to yell at Julie in this episode. Definitely a big plus there. I could see where she was coming from and Tami as well. The fight scene was brilliant. I loved how they overlapped each other with their complaints. The baptism was so cute. Love baby Gracie.

Now onto my favorite part..

SANTIAGO! I absolutely adore him. He is such a good character. I love his scenes with Buddy. You could see that the pressure was starting to get to him, and it was understandable that he would snap at Buddy. I was so excited when he made that big play in the game.

I loved this episode. It was good from all points.

What I couldn't stand was Landry's determination to screw himself. It's one thing to feel guilty but will spending the rest of your life in prison make up for what you feel? I'd really wish someone had said that to him outright. Plus, given the type of person Landry is, he could devote his life to helping others. It was just annoying to watch him want to run himself into the ground.

I Santiago. I really liked how they showed him dealing with the pressure and when it became to much. It was just too cute, especially when Buddy asked him to leave if he wanted and he just goes ... I hate you. I would like to see him interact more with the players though.

Jason Street is He's just cute and sweet. I liked the scene with him and Herc in the room and his mom with the carrot sticks. "Beta-Carotin ... you gotta get out of here"

As always wonderful scenes with Tami and Julie. I still think Julie is a whiny, complaining little prat but I love when she and Tami manage to connect. And I liked when Tami said I'd like to be thanked too. Took me back to every argument I had with my mom during my teens.

I like the growing friendship between Smash and Matt. I'm liking Car-low-ta more and more each week. I like how happy and relaxed he is around her. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Matt/Julie fan from way back but I like that Matt is coming into his own. Less stuttering, etc. AND he just seems to be simple and not so worried about everything, football, his grandma, etc.

And finally, Tim Riggins. (Save the best for last ) The only thing that could have made this whole thing better is if Taylor had dropped him off at Buddy Garrity's Home for Wayward Boys. His roommate is a f-ing LOON. I loved every second of it.

That makes two of us! Although I did see her side of the argument in this episode, because I've had tons of arguments like that one with my mom before. I think that's why I love the show so much, it's so real.

Loved the last scene with the Taylors/Tim!
Landry/Tyra are growing on me with every episode. I'm really starting to love them.
The lack of Lyla is so noticable, and it's starting to annoy me. That's really the only negative thing I can say about this episode. They need to give her her own storylines when the show comes back.

I can see where Julie is coming from, but I think she is taking it to far,she needs to grow up and act her age.

I did love the Tami/Julie fight scene it was very well done.

Landry was really brave to turn himself in that had to be the hardest thing he has ever had to do . I am so glad his dad is being to supportive, and helping him through this hard time.

Tami and Julie has been by far one of the most true-to-life mom/daughter relationships on tv. Luckily my mom and I had enough space between us (thank you boarding school!) that we didn't get into it all the time but when we did it was very similar. Well, maybe not me raising my voice so much. My mom would have beat my a$$.

I agree that Landry was brave to turn himself in but then he continued to sabotage himself. There's "guilt" and then there's "I feel I need to rot in hell".
