Meh, even when he's with Derek he's sometimes not that likable.
Like in the episode where he strangled Cristina, he lashed out at Derek for no good reason

Derek was just trying to help him.
At least he apologized for it later.

But I liked their scene in the last episode. And I loved his "twisted sister" comment
