I think somebody like Charlie will be able to get through to Dean if Demon!Dean is hurting her. He seems indiffernt to Sam at the moment (I think that stems from the hurt Sam caused him last season) and we haven't seen how he's with Cas yet, but somebody like Charlie his protective big brother mode will out weigh his demon side.
