I agree. I think if anybody can teach Dean how to live with those kind of powers and still be 'human' it will be Cain.

I agree I hope we get to see Cain come back for at least a couple of episodes. To me it would make sense because of the plotline.

I agree.
I'd like to think he'd be willing to help Dean out. Either tell him a way to loose the mark, or give him tips on how to deal with it. Because as of right now, Dean hasn't done anything past the edge of no return. Okay he's a demon/knight of hell...but he can still look at himself in the mirror. Hopefully there is a way to remain that way.__________________

I'm anxious to see what his stand on the whole situation is. Will he be willing to help 'save' Dean because he knows what a horrible life it is. Or will he be more toward the thinking of, well I had to deal with it, So will Dean.

Yes I want to know his reaction already! If Crowley has anything to say about he will try to make Dean embrace! Maybe Cain could cme back and help him and deal with it.
