I would love to see Rupert with Ricky Gervais. They would probably have really great chemistry. Also Zach Braff.

Ooh, Ricky Gervais! Yes, definitely. Good choice, guys. He'd be wonderful with him.
Which director would you like to see him work with the most? __________________

I'd like to see Rupert team up with Alfonzo Cuaron again, his movies are just brilliant. I'd also love it if he worked with Roman Polanski.
Actors and Actresses: Alan Rickman again, Dustin Hoffman, Colin Firth too and probably Peter O'Toole. The girls; Audrey Tatou (I love her), Nicole Kidman and maybe Meryl Streep. __________________

Oh, yes. How can one pass up working with Colin Firth! There's also Donald Sutherland, Christian Bale, Anthony Hopkins, Bob Hoskins. As for actresses, there's Judi Dench, Martine McCutcheon, Francesca Annis, Brenda Blethyn, Helen Mirren.
Directors... Steven Spielberg, Roman Polanski, Jeremy Brock again... Ron Howard, Rob Reiner, Woody Allen. __________________

I think Rupert would have good chemistry with Orlando Bloom. And Clive Owen. And Sean Penn. Also, Renee Zelwegger. Sigourney Weaver.

My girlfriend is a writer and she's currently writing several scripts for Rupert. She's basing characters that are either the main or supporting ones on Rupert Grint and there's this one story that is---well, I can't talk about it really, she'd break up with me if I let you all in on it, but I can tell you, THIS ONE ROCKS THE HOUSE! The main character is not Rupert though, but the supporting one she's hoping would go to Rupert and he would shine with this role!
The main character she's basing on Brad Pitt and they are supposed to be brothers. The exchange and the way the story goes---it's beautiful family drama unlike anything you've seen on film! Hopefully, she gets noticed. She's submitting synopsis of these stories as we speak. |

Those are good choices, Paola! I agree, Rupe would shine with any of them!
sternebibliotek- the best of luck to your girlfriend on her stories. I hope it works out for her. I wish her much success!! *fingers crossed* Please let us know how things go for her. It's really cool that she has Rupert in mind for some of her characters. __________________

I think with his humour he'd get along well with Natalia Tena (who played Tonks)...I got such a kick out of her Tour of Leaveden studios. I also really like her as an actress and she's a contemporary of his so they could do something edgy together.
I love David Thewlis' work (Prof. Lupin). I think he'd be a great mentor for Rupert. I agree with your 'Michael Caine', Darcy but since I think Will Ferrall and Jim Carey are idiots and I despise their immature plots (except Majestic, in which I actually didn't mind Carey for once)..I hope he never goes near them. Ranting aside though....I do hope he gets to work with Mike Myers one day....he's truely funny and I think he'd have good chemistry with Rupert. I also think working with Clive Owen would be a good thing. Funny, I don't know of many British Actresses (hmmm...I guess I'm not paying such attention to them... __________________

Those are good 'choices', Joyce. And I do agree with wanting him to work with Mike Meyers.
Actually, I think he'd work well with anyone... but within reason, of course. Anyone known as a 'strong' and natural actor in his/her own right. __________________
