EDIT: it is only in his hallucinations that we see how House truly feels. Remember the finale when he says how Wilson is going to hate him, and that he doesn't want to be miserable or in pain. So, this is why I love No Reason, as we see how House feels about Cameron, and to me that expression says it all, no matter what we have been forced fed since the middle of season 3 and all through this season

edit edit: and dont forget that small insight we had from Wilson in House's Head, when he talks about House hallucinating Amber and not objectifying her, which means that he likes her. So, in No Reason he didn't objectify Cameron, therefore, he feels something more meaningful towards her, not like what we saw during House's Head for other characters

that's exactly what I thought, about the objectifying comment.

Yes, the H/C scenes in No Reason are even better cause their hallucinated. We see how House really feels about her without having to look through anything, we're already inside his head...

and when I watched House's Head and Wilson said that House doesn't objectify the women he really likes, it made me grin from ear to ear
