Warning: Boring work rant ahead.
Ugh. It's been a hard work week but I finally finished a 40 page book ready to show the client next week. Or at least the first draft is done. I've been told the client is picky so there's probably going to be many revisions so I have prepare myself for that. But once I take to the printers and courier it off it will be out of my hair for at least a week so that's a relief. __________________

Windows Vista is annoying-my laptop is awesome but Vista is a pain. It just didn't wanna load webpages tonight. __________________

Hey Mel I have a Vista question for you.
One of my employers has Vista and he's saying that when he copies pictures from a cd to his computer, vista automatically changed the name of them. Is this true? __________________

I haven't tried that yet, but I will. I did pull some pictures off one of my flash drives and everything looks ok. I'll try it later and see what happens.

Yes I do hate that vista is compatible with some progams and goes wonkily slow as well. I haven't had as many problems as some people but yeah I just want to go back to XP sometimes.

I've never had to deal with Vista or PC anything unless I'm working on someone else computer. I've been a mac girl ever since I got my first computer for school. And I'm glad I've never had to encounter those annoying problems.
Sorry Sanum. I saw The Reader last night. Really good. So depressing though. I probably should have seen something more cheerful.__________________

Oh really? I seriously need to see it already. Even if it is rather upsetting. I've seen Revolutionary Road, and Slumdog Millionaire though. LOVED those.
