Thanks guys!

I always think of Josh's dad when Abraham Lincoln is mentioned!

It was a great scene, but it was a copy of the ending of episode 7 (in terms of meaning) - Rick is forced to take another step further away from his civilized ways to survive.

I was actually thinking those two jerks would end up reaching the farm anyway, and bring some trouble to shake up the situation over there.

The resemblance is incredible! I did a double take when we saw those pics of the man at the M:I-GP premiere.

The Awake pilot has been made available online. I shall look for it. *grabby hands*

True. And what a badass step it was. More of this Rick, please.

They said they came from a crew, right? Maybe those guys will come looking for them. I have a hard time believing that's the end of it.

And did you recognize Rene from True Blood?

It's official. Twilight has ruined the world as we know it.

I think a darker/edgier Rick is the direction they're taking with his character. The question is how much dark he will get.

I hope so. It might be interesting to see humans VS humans conflict taken to the extreme, after we've only got glimpses of it and they always got to resolve it in a somehow rational/peaceful way before.

I did! That's actually one of the reasons why I thought those two guys would live enough to see at least one-two more episodes, lol.

Watch out for a blockbuster on John F. Kennedy fighting off an alien invasion 30 years from now.

Julie - I was just reading about Matthew Perry being cast on The Good Wife in a recurring role, and thought of you.

Wow! Thank you Fran, this is awesome news! I'll have to start watching that.

Edit: Matthew Perry's trending on Twitter now!

I watched 10-12 episodes of the first season, and while I quit because the law cases weren't my thing, I think the show is pretty good, and from what I've read around, they treat the recurring and guest star actors really well in terms of writing for their roles.

In other big news, I finally got the new Twitter layout.

It sounds good then! We probably do get that show on Sky so I will look for it!

I'm slowly getting used to the new Twitter layout! The good thing is that you can watch embedded videos on the actual tweet.

It's a procedural though, so if you can't find a way to catch up, I think you'll be ok even if you start watching at along the way or when Matthew comes into the plot. Just in case, you can check out some character connections/backstory descriptions on Wikipedia or in some fandom related place online.

So far I like it, but I need to get used to everything that was on the left side being on the right now, lol.

I was on YouTube and by accident found this TV commercial:

Does Adrien Brody think he is having an effect on me because of his smug expression?
Or his ridiculous swag?
Or his floppy hair?
Or his giant hands?

...Because if he does, he's totally, totally right. Just wanted to confirm it.

Also, I was checking Bafta pictures and...

*feelings*

And last but not least, because we're getting closer and closer to the Oscars, I'll just leave these here:

This useless spam was brought to you by my boredom.

Mmmm Jean!!!! I hate the smoking one though!

Here might be an explanation about why I fancy Jean a little bit.

Jean Dujardin looks kind of like a French Josh Holloway. #RandomMusings

I totally picked profile poses by accident, though.
(That's a huge lie)

I'm ok with prop!cigarettes, but honestly have no idea if he smokes in real life.

Hmmm... there is some Josh. In the profile. And the charm.

But If I had to make a comparison, I'd say Jean Dujadin is the French Jon Hamm.
That could be just me, though. I suck with resemblances.

The annual Sanremo Festival (one of our biggest song competitions here) just ended and for the third time (out of 4 editions in the past 4 years) a singer made popular by the same talent show won.
DAMNIT.

Also, can't believe The Vow is #1 at the box office.

Annnd.. Safe House claimed the top spot this weekend. That's right, Denzel.

Jean Dujardin is smokin' hot. I don't see a resemblance to either Josh or Jon Hamm though, lol.

The #1 spot was held by Safe House like crys mentioned, but The Vow stayed very close.

Safe House was another surprise because I wasn't impressed by the trailer at all.

Anyone here still watching Revenge? I sort of... forgot about it.
And if you're keeping up with it, can you tell me if Tyler is still around (and most importantly, around Nolan) or not?

I don't have any TV obsession at the moment, it's kind of a weird feeling not to be ranting about a series being on hiatus or excited to watch next week's promos for anything.

I'm still watching Revenge. Tyler is, um, dead. Hopefully. And Nolan is still around with all his snark and sarcasm.

The only shows that I'm really invested in are The Walking Dead, Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire. I'd say that's my top three.

And I watched 20 minutes of The River and deleted it. I just didn't care, lol.
