I've seen new pics of Josh today, they are on this week's issue of the spanish magazine 'Cuore'. He's playing with Java

and ,according to the magazine, they were taken on June 12th in California.
Unfortunately I can't post them because I am not at home and I don't have a scanner here.
And he hasn't cut his hair yet (good news for most of you)

Saturn Awards aren't really a big deal, but it's still nice that Josh won in his category.

Thanks for the heads-up and for the description. Some agency must have the photos (at least the thumbnails) in their gallery, but who knows which one.

Thanks Julie. I got a bit confused because I didn't remember that it was the Leading actor category and not the Supporting one (although I have no idea why my brain was convinced of that since I knew Michael C. Hall was nominated along with Josh).

Unfortunately the problem isn't the link, but it's mine. My computer broke and I had to get back on a super old one where everything (OS, browser, programs...) are very much outdated, and on top of that the graphic card of the computer is broken. So I can't visualize images properly, I can merely see the outline of the subject in the pics, in 16 colors resolution.

Did the magazine mention the photo agency or photographer they bought the pics from, by any chance? The credit is usually printed in small characters on the side or bottom of the image.
