I knew that I probably wouldn't be able to see him because he'll just be filming for one day and leave the following morning to go back to The Vampire Diaries. However, I was still giddy over the thought that he would be here. And I guess I assumed it wasn't that big of a deal because I've already seen him once at a premiere.

But as it turns out, lady luck was reading my mind. I was at lunch with friends and I was telling them how Ian was back for the show and about twenty minutes later who so happens to show up and sit right behind us? He passed right by us to get to his table and I noticed him right away. And he was there with Josh Holloway! No one else seemed to notice or recognize them, which I thought would work to our advantage. After we finished our meal and waited for a while (we didn't want to interrupt their conversation) we went up to them. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a picture with them because we were in a restaurant with a lot of people, but they apologized about it and were so nice. I did get to shake their hands and chatted with them a bit.

It turned out to be a pretty good lunch. So now, I have seen a total of 6 Lost cast members. Maybe next time I'll get to meet Michael Emerson?
