Love the pictures Julie. Beautiful buildings in your area
It's a shame that women have to be scared to walk down the streets. But I really like the photos that was put together. I hope things can change for Paris for the women after awareness is brought out __________________

Blogs like this one start slowly to make their way in general media, but there's still too few of them. I hope things will go better, at least all the women I know are concerned by the situation and have no intention to let it continue. Fortunately, there are also many of male supporters to this cause, so women aren't isolated in this fight. We'll win, it's just a matter of time
Post your pictures people, we want to see it ! Seriously, I love to see what kinds of places people live in, how are their lives, wonders they encounter in their life... When you're visiting a place as a tourist, you don't really see it as local people do, and domestic pictures are often the best way to explore a country from the view of local people __________________

Here some pictures from the comic book festival of Perros-Guirec.
I didn't take more, because something amaising I told about in "Roadhouse" section happened See how Loic Jouannigot's work is amaising ! He's not only one of the best watercolor artists in France, he's also amaising for tiny graphic details. Those were the originals of his work at the exhibition, and look at how tiny are those drawings compared to my fingers (I didn't touched it, I'm just holding my hand close to the glass) As the author of "Joe Barr" comics was also present, a gang of bikers invaded the festival to come salute him (I could only photograph one third of them, they were too many) The beautiful exhibition of the naval comic book "Sur les bords du monde" (means "At the edge of the World") on the shore __________________

Great pictures & congrats again That detail is amazing & that must have been fun to watch all the bikers
My exciting evening I found that thing on the window ledge of my massage room when I went to put up my clean laundry. (I do have a window a/c unit & believe it crawled in by that way because he was stuck trying to get back out-so essentially we saved him ) But can you imagine if I found him tomorrow morning when I have a client coming? __________________

Wow !
I'm glad that the only thing that may crawl on my wondow is an european tarantula ! Yeah, finds out those massive black spiders I fought to retake my basement are actually tarantulas !!! But well, their bites are very painful but not dangerous to humans. Your son is a very brave (and I hope he knows what he's doing, otherwise it's dangerous) ! __________________

He's smart enough not to mess with the venomous ones. We have a black racer around the house as well. That one in the picture is a rat snake. Both are mostly non aggressive and non venomous. And usually don't mind them as long as they stay OUTSIDE of my house. They eat all the little critters around like mice & frogs & such. It's the rattlers & such that I will kill in a heartbeat.

In that case, it's cool to have those. I find snakes beautiful, but I can't tell the difference between dangerous and harmless ones, so I tend to stay away just in case. I love touching them though, so smooth and scaly If there were some harmless snakes around my house, I'll pet them all the time
(PS Edit) Spent my morning experimenting with watercolors, here's the result : __________________

Yeah ! That's a nice way to spend a saturday
My tiny-tornado-daughter is back from Morocco !!! I'm so happy ! So we went to the beach yesterday, but we just built some sand castles, the water is still freezing Finds out, my daughter's castles are stronger then mine (we watched them get destroyed by the waves, betting who's civilisation will survive longer ), she was right about the seaweed around the walls __________________

Thank you
It's May... and it's 4th today... so MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU !!! As a Star Wars fan, I naturally spent my morning painting something SW related, so here's my favorite character in watercolor __________________
