Don't know if anybody's currently posting here, but I figured I'd take a shot at it.

I'm American and very late to the SPN party. Only discovered it around Feb 2021. But, I completed my 327-episode marathon binge.

Of course, became obligatorily obsessed (because, really, who could comprehend the OTP and NOT become obsessed?), took time to digest it all, and here I am. Now, I'm looping back around, currently mid-season 7, The Mentalist.

Amazing, the subtle (and not so subtle) wincest-slashy content I missed the first time and am catching only this go around.

I'm a dean!girl, but love sammy, too. I'm all about wincest. Have been from the start. I squee.

They're the ULTIMATE OTP of any fandom. Like no other pairing, they share the same background, bond, experience, mutual knowledge of each other, family, love, and yes...blood. They're soul mates dying for each other repeatedly. It's them against the world with nobody else IN that world. (There are SO many more attributes and layers to this but I won't drone on and you know what they are already.)

Even Bobby sees the wincest clearly, if you watch his face in the sam/dean scenes. Plus, they openly acknowledge throughout the series that they each think the other is HOT.

I'm inhaling wincest fanfic from nc-17 to fluffy gen curtain!fic and everything in between. I'm going to look at the list of fanfic recs you posted.

I'm old enough to have read the Flowers in the Attic series by VC Andrews and I'm stealing a quote from the internet because I can't remember who wrote it. But, Sam and Dean embody "Flowers in the Impala." Ha ha.

I ADORE J2 and their relationship. Makes me warm and gooey inside. The love and friendship abound. Watch all their convention panels on YouTube. And, I wear the tin hat sometimes, I definitely admit. BUT, don't read the fic. RP fic just never made me comfortable. Like to stick to the characters.
