And I guess she knows Bobby well enough to not fight him on it.
Boy I'd like some backstory there....

Sidenote, I think that that scene merely did prove that Bobby is a bit psycotic and probably does put holy water in his guests beer

Oh I know! I was so happy about him doing the holy water thing again, it was awesome that they bought that back up I also found it suspicious that Ellen just happened to NOT be at the Roadhouse and then turned up at Bobby's like that. So I was glad that Bobby insisted on her drinking the holy water.

Well it's a known fact (you know what I mean!) that it works so I guess he acknowledges it's usefull as a weapon. Same with chants and exorcisms....
So my best guess is he doensn't believe in the spiritual aspect of those things, just takes advantage of their practical use.
