I wasn't too impressed by this episode honestly. Kevin's mom was great but that is about it.

I hate how bright everything is, bring back the darker color tones! This show is meant to be dark and I just don't feel like it is anymore.

I did not like the camera angles that were used in purgatory, that annoyed me.

And I need my brothers back. They barely interacted and the closeness is just gone. Honestly, it is depressing. :(

Didn't care for the overall episode...I like Kevin, but I find it hard to care about him. :shrug: Kevin's mom has more spunk than Kevin did. :shrug:

Sam selling Baby?! ...What is with all the douchy-ness lately? :shrug:

Crowley...eh I hope he's MIA for awhile.

Dean/Cas!! *whimpers* That was perfect! :love: OMG their friendship is EPIC! I notice Dean never comes right out and says Cas is dead, or that he didn't come back...I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! :thud:

The ending just tugged on my heart strings though. :(

I can't wait to get the full picture of purgatory, it looked like Cas was on the edge of a cliff or something but when he let go, he didn't fall? I don't get it! Maybe somebody was taking Dean away? Where the heck is Cas? :shrug: There isn't any love loss between Cas and Benny, I'm worried that Benny manipulated Dean to think Cas was dead or something.

I think Dean was trying to help Cas because maybe they were being chased by leviations, but Benny told him to just let him go, or they would all be dead if Dean stayed behind and tried to help. I'm really confused, and I just have all these different sceneros playing in my head about what could have happened.

I just don't see Dean letting go though. :shrug: Cas is family, any angst that was between them has been long forgotten. Dean would fight tooth and nail to save Cas, I can't see him just letting Cas go because Benny said so.

That's what has me so puzzled. After the reunion they had, I didn't think anything could come between them. So what did happen?

I don't read spoilers and I've only seen the preview at the end of the CW airing, but are we so sure something happened? Maybe it wasn't Dean's hand he was holding? :shrug: Maybe it's meant to look one way but it's not. No way did Dean just turn his back on Cas. I refuse to believe it.

Well if it wasn't Dean's hand that Cas was holding, than why did he yell for Dean? Maybe Dean was ahead of him and it was Benny's hand that let Cas go?

As for the whole episode I liked it but the epsiode needed more Wincest scenes! Here are other things I liked abou the epsiode.

Kevin's mom was great! She has so much spunk! :love:

Dean was snarky, hot & a bamf! I loved when told the guy he was coming back for his knife! :lol: :thud: I really love darker Dean too! He has major swag & just awsome in all tough hunter mode! :in_love: :thud:I loved Crowley called Dean "squriel"! :lol:

Sam was so hot & a bamf! :thud: I really loved when threw Thor's hammer! :thud: I also loved when he should off his tattoo too! :in_love: :sigh: I loved Crowley called Sam "Moose" & "Samantha" too! :lmao: Damn Sam looked so hot showing his tattoo too! :thud: :eyebrows:

I don't know, I haven't liked the season thus far. Something just doesn't feel right about it. I think a lot of that has to do with Sam and Dean and their relationship.

So far so good this season - Carver is doing it well, I may have just had my faith restored again - well played Mr. Carver :P

new angel Samandriel sure speaks the truth here - it's Cas from Season 4 to present-day summed up in one perfect sentence - his heart was always in the right place, though it always seem to lead to his downfall.

I am wondering what happened at the end, I don't believe Dean just let go, and it's pretty clear Cas didn't just let go either...something must have happened...

Kevin's letter though, it does bring up a good point here - have Sam and Dean done this job so much for so long that they no longer really see people as people? Do they even think now before stabbing that knife into demons? Do they think about the aftermath of bodies left behind and how it will effect other people? It's a good point to bring up...

I watched the last scene a couple of more times, it almost looks like Cas is worried about something coming behind Dean. :shrug: Maybe he was trying to hold on to Dean, not the other way around?

After watching this episode (which I loved) I have to say I got stuck on the Cas scenes. When Dean said, I'm not leaving without, Cas and he replied, I understand, I got a feeling...
It was confirmed when I saw that last clip where, as you say it seems like he's not looking directly at Dean but someone or something else. I mean, Cas, who has too much heart probably wanted to sacrifice himself or something to give Dean free reign to leave Purgatory. It'd be right up his alley after all, he's been taught by Dean when it comes to sacrifice, hasn't he? It'd be something the older Winchester would do in a heartbeat.



Also, one of my favorite scenes in this episode was in the tatoo parlor...That was hilarious:) I've always loved the splashes of humor they manage to throw in the show in the midst of all the angst and heartache.

Wow havent been on in forever.really liked this one. thought shed be annoying but Mrs. Tran is awesome. The end part when Kevin leaves though was just weird to me. I mean i understand him leaving for his Mom but leaving cause he was afraid of Sam and Dean was a weird rational.

My boys :bawl: They're so broken and it's so sad to watch - but how adorable where they in the auction when Dean tried to make Sam move along :rotfl: I just want my brothers back, I don't really care what happened to Cas in purgatory but I love the relationship between Benny and Dean. It's such a move from old!Dean who would have decapitated him on the spot, but now he's happy to let him live and kill anyone he wants in the real world. I know J2 like it when there's a little contention between the brothers (well, Jared in particular) but I just want them to be happy together again. It's heartbreaking watching them try to feel their way back to normality.

I want Sam's decision explained asap as well. This is Sam, the boy who spent six months single mindedly hunting the trickster for his brother, who tried to free him from Hell, who's determination to see that Dean is alive can fall into the scary amoral catagory of he'll do anything - but we're supposed to believe that he settled for a woman and a dog over his brother? No. No. No no no no. I don't buy it. The only time (Jess excluded because it was the pilot) Sam has ever picked a woman over Dean is when he was magically mojo'd by Becky. I need some answers :lol:

Loved Kevin's mother. Was so grateful that Kevin made the decision to take her away from Dean, at the moment. I think it's completely out of left field that Dean would ever think of killing a mother - who isn't a ~monster, of course - so this just goes to show how damaged he is. Sam needs to make it better, quick.
