Lizzie isn't doing many movies that I want to see :( Makes me sad. I will see the one with Dane Cook though!

KCsGirl 08-23-2007 12:32 PM

i might see them just because lizzy is in it..

IWant2BeMarjee 08-23-2007 03:28 PM

They are comparing Crossing Over to Crash, and I looooved Crash, so I will have no problem seeing that.

And Cloverfield looks like it is going to be different, and there is a lot of excitement around that, so I am excited about that as well.

I don't find Dane Cook movies very funny (Employee of the Month? Come on!) but I like Kate Hudson and it's a comedy and Lizzy is the funniest young actress I know so it should be a good time.

i thought waiting was grossly funny... i don't know any other dan cook movies.. i like kate hudson too...

they all sound like dvd movies for me though.. casey wouldn't go with me to watch those if/when they get released

Cloverfield is definitely a theater movie, since it's a big action adventure flick with a lot of special effects. You want to see those monsters huge with loud roars that will make you deaf. LOL!

does she have a big role in any or all of them??

Cloverfield she is one of the leads.

On IMDB for Bachelor No. 2, she is billed 3rd right after Kate Hudson.

As for Crossing Over, I know nothing about her role, but I think it's pretty small.

KCsGirl 08-25-2007 02:55 PM

thanks Vicky..

 on the Kate Hudson thing.. for some reason I forgot that Lizzy was in a movie with her.. I put Kate Hudson's name in the six degrees of related thread! :lmao:

Yeah I saw that... I was like is she trying to make this easy? :D

KCsGirl 08-26-2007 12:36 AM

yeah... sometimes i don't think!

i think i'd seen her name recently and didn't remember that she was in the movie with lizzy..

It seems like her role in Crossing Over is pretty small, but I wonder what it is. Seems more like it was a prestige project with big names and acclaim so it was probably more just to be a part of the whole experience.

I would see Cloverfield in the movie theatre because like you said Vicky, monster movie and it's almost like you have to to get the full effect.

I'm not a Dane Cook fan so I probably wouldn't see Bachelor No. 2 in the movie theatre. It takes a lot for me to fork over ten bucks a pop these days, so maybe if it got like rave reviews.

KCsGirl 08-26-2007 11:46 PM

usually the movies that get the worst reviews are the best liked but the general public..

movie critics, imo, are too stuffy sometimes.. :look:

-CrazyBeautiful- 08-27-2007 10:22 AM

I can't wait to see Lizzy in the movie and it's grea that she gets to work with such well known names.

Raya 08-27-2007 10:44 AM

Well, by critics I kind of meant both the actual critics and word of mouth. Though I do agree with the critics I think more than the average viewer. Not always though. There are plenty of things I've loved that they hated. ;)
