Take Five -- Dave Brubeck Quintet
This is a canonical song for bebop jazz. I remember hearing my dad and one of my uncles play it in a band they were in, when I was a young boy. It has that name because it is in 5/4 time. __________________

On this song, Keith Emerson plays an accordion that belonged to his father. __________________

My paternal grandfather played accordeon too. My father had it repaired for their 50th jubileum a few years ago.

Wow, that's pretty cool. I wish I had one of my dad's old instruments, but he gave them all away.

Tell Me What It Takes - Soulsister
I don't think his instruments will have been touched since he died, not sure if my father will keep them. No one can play accordeon or ??? in our family as far as I know. My father plays piano/organ and guitar. |

I have never attempted to play an accordion. I know it has chord buttons kind of like a chord organ.
