I've got a busy weekend ahead! Going to be exciting though!

It's my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and we are taking them to a super fancy place for dinner, then after that, we got them a suite in a super fancy hotel for the evening. Has a beautiful view of the harbour, so it will be really nice for them!

After dinner, I'm meeting up with a friend of mine who's in town for a week only, she moved to Alberta almost a year ago to be with her boyfriend who got a new job out there and she's visiting for the week, so we're hitting up the club for some dancing! So excited for this weekend!

how's everyone on this fine Friday evening. it's the first day of Spring....yeahhhh!
just discovered a construction screw sticking out of my new rear tire. that's gonna leave a nice big hole. same one I changed brakes on last week. I'll change it in the morning. I'm thinking it probably can't be plugged so it looks like I'll be buying a newer new one.

on the good side, my pansies are in full bloom, the roses are budding on the canes, the hollies are showing signs of flowering, the butterfly bushes are coming out of dormancy, the forsythias are ready to pop in bright yellow splendor and the clematis vines are growing like weeds. I'm happy

on the bad side (other than my tire), Twisted Sister drummer A.J. Pero died today. that makes two this week. first Toto's Mike Porcaro and now AJ. who'll be the third? The band said Anthony Jude Pero died of an apparent heart attack while touring with Adrenaline Mob, a group with which he played in between engagements with Twisted Sister. Pero has been with the band since 1982.

I enjoyed it. I really hope it lasts. What's funny is I debated on whether to use this quote for my sig or the one you have. Glad I went with this one. Although there were quite a few quotable moments from that pilot.

I watched it a second time last night because the BF wanted to see it. He thought it was fun too. I'm excited for the new episode on Tuesday.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! As Roger said, it's now Spring so i hope you all have nice weather. Here in Detroit, it's still teetering on the 40s with a few days that are nicer. This upcoming Wednesday we're scheduled to see the 60s!
