i loved him until episode 5, but the FML stuff ruined his character for me. tbh i don't really understand what his character's supposed to be, he doesn't across as mysterious or a headf*** to me, more like an uncharismatic jerk playing two girls. but i'm holding my full judgement and waiting until season 6 and his episode to see if i can make more sense of him.

same i wanna know more about them


btw what does ethan do live? b/c isn't most of the instrumentation played through a live backing track? like what's he actually doing when he twists all the knobs etc b/c apart from a few variations the songs don't sound that different live than from the CD (talking about ethan's bits, obv alice sounds different)

lol i know he uses a keyboard to play the tune of alice's vocals through the vocoder in songs like crimewave and celestica for example. but i don't think he actually plays synth parts live. i think that's all on a track. i think he presses a load of buttons and twists a bunch of things but idk what it's actually doing

I wish Alice would use less vocoder, I like the way she did Celestica on Jools Holland
and it's too much on Empathy she sounds like a Robot dude in a bad way I prefer the feminine vocal

lol I was sad they didn't do Empathy but then again I was glad cause I like the audio version better whereas the likes of Doe Deer sound better live
