Golden Globe noms are out. Guess who didn't make it again? (here's a hint: Demily). But guess who did? Zooey! As happy as I am there's a least one Deschanel in the running, I can't help but feel that Emily should have been the one. She's been doing amazing work on Bones for six seasons, and gets no recognition. Zooey comes along, and basically plays the same ditzy character she always plays, and she gets nominated after just one season?? Oh well, no one ever said these stupid award shows were fair. At least we can hope that this way, Emily will be there cheering on her sister.

I completely agree with you. The only thing that bums me out is when I see actors who so clearly deserve to be recognized, being constantly overlooked. But in the end you're right; the only thing that really matters, is the loyal fans who keep the show on the air. By that measurement, Bones has been a winner many times over!
