I think it made them even closer. They experienced something nobody else would understand.

Oh it definitely did. It was something that only the 2 of them could relate to.

I wouldn't have minded seeing them talk about it a little more in later episodes, have a few bonding moments.

Yes I would have liked to see them talk about it more.

It's true. The both are the only ones who knew what it was like to be in that car.

They really relied on each other to get out of that car!

They used each other's knowledge and McGyver'ered their way out of the car. And thankfully help was right there, to finish the job.

It was quite the evil plot. You really didn't know when Booth and the others were looking around where they could be, because there really no evidence in the coal pit where they were...

Still love Booth's run to free Brennan. And it really solidified Angela and Hodgins as well. They were wary before, but after that....they were trying.

I loved how Brennan and Hodgins came up with all those ideas. It definitely saved their lives.

Yes, they did the best they could with what they had!

They did. They came up with ideas that we never would have come up with.

And how Cam really calmed down the folks at the lab so that Zack could see the clue that Hodgins was sending to them! We had a love and hate relationship with Cam because she was so new, and she was with Booth at that moment in time but she did bring out the best in the lab in that they were allowed to focus. And you had Booth so goosed up because of being so upset about Brennan being missing. Cam was able to calm down things...

Only Hodgins would think that code would call out their location to Zack!

Yes Cam was great in that episode getting everyone to focus after they got the text. Yes at the time we weren't totally sure how to feel about Cam at that moment.

I think Cam also saw how much Booth really cared about Brennan in this episode too.

You would have to pretty oblivious to not see the moments between Booth and Brennan. And she definitely could see the bond between them, but because they weren't ready to go there or acknowledge at that time... she told herself that it was okay to rekindle whatever with Booth when she came to town...

But anyone would have noticed something is up when he basically said if she fired Brennan. He, and the squint would flee. Or other brief moments...

I loved how she reacted to Brennan and Booth in Vegas as Tony and Roxy, when she and Angela hear Booth reacting to Brennan's Roxy dress. You know she was jealous. But then she never saw her and Booth as something destined for marriage, and that is why she could keep seeing Booth despite his apparent feelings for Brennan!
